Built from a real support inbox, not a lab

SimpledAId exists because we ran e-commerce support ourselves and knew there had to be a better way.

Simpled Tech Limited is a UK company that makes smart access products and sells them to customers across Europe. That means a real support inbox, real product questions, real buyers who need a fast answer before they decide whether to click "buy" or close the tab.

For years we handled that inbox the same way every growing brand does: a mix of templates, a small team, and the constant anxiety of what happens on a Sunday evening or over a bank holiday. We looked at the AI tools on the market and found the same thing every time: either a generic chatbot that needed months of agency work to set up, or a heavyweight platform priced for enterprises with a dedicated IT team. Neither was built for a real online store run by real people.

So we built SimpledAId for ourselves first. Connected it to our own product catalogue and knowledge base. Watched it handle questions we used to answer manually. Then we made it self-serve, so any store owner could do the same thing in an afternoon, with no agency and no onboarding call required.

What we are trying to do

Our mission is straightforward: give small and growing online brands the kind of always-on, on-brand support and sales help that used to require a big team. The bot answers buyers, surfaces the right product at the right moment, and hands off to a human when the conversation needs it. You stay in control; the bot handles the volume.

Why self-serve matters

Onboarding should not be a project. Our values

Honest billing

You are billed per verified resolution: a conversation the bot genuinely closed. Silence is never counted as a resolution. If the buyer just disappears without getting an answer, that is not a billable event.

Your data stays yours

UK-built, GDPR-grade

We are a registered UK company and built SimpledAId to meet GDPR standards from day one because our own store data was subject to the same rules. Compliance is not a checklist item we added later.

SimpledAId is built and maintained by the team at Simpled Tech. We are not a pure-play AI startup that has never touched a support queue.
