How the free bot from your store URL works
Paste your store URL, enter your email and chat with a bot trained on your real products within the hour. Here is exactly what happens.
The fastest way to see what SimpledAId can do is to build your free bot. You give us your store URL, and within the hour you are chatting with an assistant that already knows your products. Here is how the flow works, step by step.
1. Paste your store URL
On the homepage, enter the address of your shop, for example https://yourstore.com. SimpledAId visits your store and crawls the pages that matter for support and sales: product pages, collections, delivery and shipping information, returns and refunds, and any FAQ or policy pages it can find.
2. Enter your email
Before you chat with your bot, we ask for your email. This is how we send you the link to your bot, your weekly gap detector report, and account information later on. We do not spam you, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Your knowledge base is built
From the pages it crawled, SimpledAId builds a structured knowledge base. This is the same knowledge base the bot uses to answer customers, and the same one the gap detector improves over time. It usually takes a few minutes, depending on how large your catalogue is.
4. Chat with your bot live
Once the knowledge base is ready, you can talk to your bot immediately. Ask it the questions your customers actually ask. If the tone is not quite right, you can adjust it. This is the moment most people realise how much of their inbox the bot can take off their hands.
5. Add it to your store
When you are happy, you add one snippet to your Shopify theme or your WooCommerce site and the chat widget goes live for your customers. From there it answers buyers, recovers sales and quietly learns where its gaps are.
