Pricing and how resolutions are counted

How SimpledAId pricing works, what counts as a resolution, and why silence is never billed as one.

SimpledAId pricing is built around one simple idea: you should only pay for outcomes. The unit you pay for is a resolution, and a resolution only counts when a customer’s need was genuinely met. If you are new here, start with what SimpledAId is for the full overview.

The plans

Plan Price Included resolutions Per resolution
Free trial £0 50 n/a
Starter £49/mo 100 £0.49
Growth £149/mo 300 £0.50
Pro £375/mo 750 £0.50

A few things to note:

What counts as a resolution

A resolution is a strict, positive signal that the customer’s need was met and they did not need further help. It is verified by AI, not assumed.

Crucially, silence is not a resolution. If a customer asks a question, gets a reply and simply disappears, that is not counted, because we cannot confirm they were actually helped. This protects you from being billed for conversations that went nowhere, and it keeps our incentives aligned with yours.

The reverse free trial

You start with around 50 free resolutions. You connect your store and put a card on file, and for the first 14 days you have full access. If you do nothing, the trial converts to a paid plan, but you are always in control and can cancel before that happens.

How the gap detector fits in

Because you only pay for genuine resolutions, the questions the bot could not answer are not billed. Instead, the weekly gap detector collects them, shows you what customers were asking, and drafts the help article to close each gap. Fixing those gaps turns future misses into real resolutions, which is good for your customers and for your numbers.

Choosing a plan

Most growing brands land on Growth. If you are just starting out, Starter is the natural home, and you can always move up as your volume grows. The free trial is the best way to gauge which plan fits, because it shows you your real resolution volume before you commit.
